LIGHT OF THE SOUL

The soul flaps when spreading its full colors. Expressing the intangible is best done with brushes, canvases and a myriad of colors, turning feelings and emotions into magic. The transparency of harmonious images is made concrete through a variety of hues and shapes. The depiction of atmospheres and models taken from a universe of hues bring the pictorial surface to life.  Through her visceral work, evident in the chromatic richness, the strength of the figurative fragment manages to instill its poetic and spontaneous character, with the only intention of allowing the observer to interpret her work on a personal level.

Colombian artist born in Bogotá, with university studies in graphic design and business, history of arts, arts and markets, oil painting, mixed techniques, acrylic painting, and child artistic expression.

In 2005 she starts doing yoga and some years later she becomes a certified instructor and duola, and decides to guide and support women during pregnancy and while giving birth.

With her inquisitive mind she decides to include in her artistic work the changes, inner experiences and movements of the being, and starts researching and including those experiences in her work through the presence of atmospheric and bright colors, thereby granting her work a playful and intimist character, finding its roots in the spiritual realm.
